People all the time tell me I should be getting more calories.
Well, from my experience in this body I do not lose weight until I am 1200 or lower.
I keep it at 1500 only to account for the fuel I need for exercising.
I want to work on the sodium I am taking in.
I do not eat out a lot.
I do not do fast food.
