There have been stretches in the last few weeks where I have not slept for more than 30 hours.
Fri/Sat was the last episode.
I just woke up after about 4-5 hours of sleep.
My head hurt so badly before I finally went out last night.
The nausea coupled with the funk makes you want to die.
The headache I have is a killer.

I'm hoping this will help me stay present and accountable in my journey through Lapland and weightloss.
The Thoreau quote I have had in my signature for years. BC (before computers) I used to have it scribbled on my books in HS and College.
It's about time I gave ole Henry's words a little more respect huh.....?
