The fracture is back.....where the hell did it go?
I think he's a little off here....
I just pushed and threw both my back (which was injured weeks back by lifting somehting the wrong way)....and my foot.
Had a shot and that usually keeps me for a few months. Hell, this last time it was great for many many moons...
I know my back will feel BETTER after PT and walking....I just don't want to go...
I don't know...do I get facet injections again....do I risk scar tissue on my spine?
I'm whining and I like it....
I'm tired....I'm grumpy...I want to be somewhere else...

I'll get 5 miles in today..if I have to crawl them.
Probably be broken up into 2...maybe three...hell, maybe 5...lol...
