Still walking. Incorporating running slowly but surely.
WAS going to enter a half marathon in SC in February but it will only be a 5k now.
"Only". Last year and before I had thought about running events but NEVER would have actually entered.
:)
Still walking,or WOGGING (my walks with jogs intertwined, EVERYDAY. The days I don't walk are due to surgery and its recovery.
I wear the pedometer MOST days, not the whole day, just exercise.
It is a hassle to wear it at work and I am OK with that.
My resting HR has dropped from the high 70's to the mid 60's.
Still use the Blender Bottle everyday to make a protein shake after every workout. The Blender Bottle is only $1.99 after using coupon code KOB531. I tend to choose WholeFoods brand of Soy or Whey protein mixes with a teasppon or two of regular old Nestle Quik chocolate milk powder. It makes the drink more palatable and it hasn't really altered weightloss.
Picture or videos...eh, when I get more brave.
KEEP WALKING!!
