With the Omron pedometer you get their software. You will be able to upload yout steps to your computer. There are people walking with us who are not a member of WalkingSpree. Don't let that stop you, ok.

Ok, IN LOVE with the Polar F11 HRM.

Has a bit of a learning curve.....uhm, no longer reading me as an "elite" athlete....hahaha...

It TALKS aka old fashioned modem sounds to polarfitnesstrainer.com and uploads your HR, cal, time information to their website where it is charted. KEWL BEANS!

Sestamibi came back negative.
Repeat PTH came back uber normal...we both think that the first bloodtest was screwed up.
Repeating the TSH as I pointed out to her that it was also "off"....uhm, who is the Dr.?

Ordered a Polar HRM to use in conjunction with the Ipod Nike+ sensor.
The HRM on the tread isn't accurate.
